Information & Referral
Councils, across the state, including NCADD-RA, were created to provide current information and referrals for individuals, families and community members in need of alcohol, other drugs and problem gambling information.
Councils grew out of grassroots concerns about the problems of addiction in local communities. NCADD-RA continues to provide up-to-date information and referral in our community.
