Content: This workshop will increase participants’ awareness and understanding of the stigma that impacts clients with sexually transmitted infections (STD’s), HIV, along with Substance Use Disorders and how that stigma impacts clients. Curable and treatable STIs, existing health disparities, rates of transmission, symptoms, risk continuum and both prevention and treatment strategies will be discussed.
