Content:  Responding to patient in a crisis state is done effectively through understanding our own perceptions and interpretations of a crisis. This training explores defining and preparing for crisis, the biological response to a crisis, how to develop self-efficacy with our response as a therapist to our patient crisis and recognizing signs of vicarious trauma.
